We require details of you property and the address. We would need to view the property to take photos for our website and to give you an estimate on how much monthly rent you could expect to achieve.
We will then advertise extensively in all the local papers and magazines.

Once we have found suitable tenants for your property and we have drawn contracts, we charge one month’s rental as our Finders Fee for a 12 month lease and half of one month’s rental for a 6 month lease.From the start of the tenancy to the very end we are here to help in every area that you might need.
Our Rent Collection and Management Service is particularly favourable with our clients, especially with those that live overseas as it gives peace of mind that your property is well looked after.
This is all part of our package, not only do we make sure all utility bills are paid, we also collect your rent for you direct from the tenant at the property, deposit it straight into your bank account and email you the bank receipt.
And, while we are collecting the rent, we use this opportunity to check your property is maintained properly. We are also on call for any maintenance problems that may arise – and we only use tried, tested and trusted trades people.
On completion of the tenancy we check your inventory and where needed replace or fix from the deposit.
A complete spring clean can also be provided.
Monthly updates by email are delivered and we are prompt with our replies. We are your eyes and ears – taking care of your property is of paramount importance.
Our Management Service costs only €25 per month for an apartment and €30 per month for a house/villa.
